Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security systems.
• Experience with hospital software systems such as EHR, LIS, or PACS is an advantage.
• IT support certification, such as Microsoft Certified IT Specialist, is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mid level experience
