Responsibilities

• Plan, adjust, and oversee daily shifts and deployment of more than 700 security guards.
• Prepare and submit regular operations and monitoring reports aligned with international laws and company standard operating procedures.
• Monitor employee discipline, performance, and motivation.
• Resolve complaints and operational gaps promptly.
• Oversee staff assignments, inspections, competency verification, and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate operational activities with other company departments.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Investigation, Military or Police Science, Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Age between 30 and 50.
• Senior level experience
